Institutions have Erasmus+ apps at their disposal whose purpose is to support a set of activities throughout the lifecycle of Erasmus+ projects.
Mobility Tool+
This is a management, cooperation and reporting platform for Erasmus+ projects. It was developed by the European Commission and is meant to be used by all beneficiaries of Erasmus+ projects managed by NAs.
In this tool, users find and insert information on the projects they manage. This allows them to identify participants, mobility activities, results and information on the project budget.
The Mobility Tool+ helps beneficiaries manage project activities and creates participant and beneficiary reports based on mobility data introduced by users.
Organisation Registration System (ORS)
The Organisation Registration System (ORS) allows institutions wishing to participate in decentralised actions of the Erasmus+ Programme and the European Solidarity Corps to register and obtain a unique identifier, the Organisation ID (OID), which is indispensable for applying for Actions managed by National Agencies.
Applicants who already have a PIC do not need to register as the PIC is automatically converted to OID and will be used with the same email address associated with EU Login.

SEDIA Funding & Tenders Portal
The SEDIA Funding & Tenders portal, that replaces the Participant Portal, is an electronic platform used to manage the Centralised Actions of the Erasmus+ Programme, as well as the Quality Label for the European Solidarity Corps. Institutions planning to participate in these Actions will need to register on the Portal.
Registration in the portal will result in a PIC (Personal Identification Code), which is indispensable to submit applications.
To log in to the portal, users must open an account with the EU Login.

Results Platform
This database provides you with access to descriptions, results and contact information related to all projects funded by the Erasmus+ Programme and some projects funded by its predecessor programmes in the field of education, training, youth and sport.
Here you can find a set of good practices and success stories showcasing projects that have distinguished themselves in terms of political relevance, communication potential, impact or design.
Online Linguistic Support (OLS)
Online Linguistic Support (OLS) is a language support service provided by the EC designed to support language learning by participants in the Erasmus+ mobility activities included in Key-Action 1.
OLS offers long-term participants in Erasmus+ mobility activities the opportunity to assess their skills in the language they will use in their mobility periods for study, work or volunteering abroad. Furthermore, selected participants may still benefit from an online language course to improve their linguistic skills.
24 languages are available: Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Irish Gaelic, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, and Swedish.
Online Linguistic Support (OLS) consists of:
Assessment Licenses to hold tests to assess participant’s linguistic competence. There are two mandatory tests, one before or at the beginning of the mobility and the other at the end.
Course Licenses to hold online language courses during the mobility.
The initial assessment test of linguistic competence that takes place before the mobility begins and the final assessment test that takes place at the end, are mandatory for all participants who undertake mobility activities where the main language of study, work or volunteering is one of the languages available on the OLS platform.
The participant institution grants the language course license according to the linguistic competence demonstrated by the participant on the initial assessment test. If competence is higher than B1 (CEFR) the participant may choose to take the course in the language of the host country, providing it is available.
Participation in the language course is optional. Using the OLS is free of charge for participants and for their institutions.
OLS for Refugees:
In the context of the refugee crisis and with the aim of supporting Member-States’ efforts to integrate refugees into European education and training systems, and ensuring the improvement of their skills, the EC decided to expand OLS implementation to include approximately 100,000 refugees for a 3 years period, as of July, 2016.This initiative provided access to a large number of language courses to refugees in participating countries.
